The Tenant Assistance Program is a new knowledge service for tenants of commercial property.
We recognise that managing property is not the first priority for any business. But whether it's a blocked drain or a rent review, all businesses need to find solutions to property-related problems. Finding these solutions can be time consuming and expensive.
Our service works very simply. Once you are a TAP subscriber, if you have a property related issue all you need to do is pick up the phone and call our expert helpline.
TAP can then provide initial guidance on the subject and recommend a course of action to resolve the issue. We work with a supply chain of fulfilment partners who are established experts in their field.
In addition to helping you find practical solutions, TAP also provides you with regular updates on regulation and upcoming property issues so that you stay ahead of the changing demands of damaging your workplace.
