Requirement
Our client required a bespoke property management platform to give their residents the facility to report and track issues relating to the occupation of their apartments and also allow the Building Management Team to send individual and building wide messages.  This communication feature grew with importance following the tightening of health & safety requirements following the Hackett Report.

Our Solution
TAP were able to use their comprehensive Issue Reporting Module for this project which, using its library of selectable categories, allowed the reporting and notification of issues directly to the contractor, with copies to the Building Management Team.  This delivered a fast and efficient system that would ensure matters were addressed without fuss or delay.  

The communication feature was provided by our Communication Module.  Working with the Stacking Plan, the system can schedule and send messages to the residents either on an individual basis or across a property/portfolio with simple ease.
