OUR STORY

Built from real property experience

TAP was founded in 2009 by a team with many years of property management experience. We knew first-hand how much time permits, contractors and compliance take, and how much risk sits in paper and spreadsheets.

So we built the tools we wanted to use: a digital permit-to-work system at the centre, joined up with contractor management, attendance, visitors and helpdesk. Our approach is aligned to the RICS, and it shows in how the platform works.

Today TAP runs in around 1,850 commercial properties, from multi-let offices to hotels, venues and destinations. We're still independent, and clients still deal directly with the people who design and build it.
